1) Proactive Chat Invitations.
The staff member can monitor a website and invite a visitor from the certain webpage to chat to up-sell product or offer help. The visitors won't have to click any chat button on the webpage, they will instead be greeted by some friendly notification that the staff would chat with them to offer assistance. What's more, the invitation won't be blocked by pop-up killer.
2) Client May Choose Staff.
Client can request help from a particular staff member, which is more friendly to a return customer.
3) Chat Search More Powerful
Real-time chat scripts are available to search, so admin and staff can search the current conversation scripts instead of the previous ones.
4) Better GUI Design.

Admin can generate chat code to define the availability of the staff members and the departments, whether to show the daemon client, choose the skin of the invitation window and the chat window, etc.
6) Staff Get to Know Client Better
Staff can check the timezone and OS of the client in the staff panel.
