Chat Room Disconnection

The reason why you experience this error?

• Misconfigured proxy cause the chat disconnecting.
• Misconfigured parameters init_host and init_port.
• Firewall stops 123flashchat process.

Solutions:

• Check and configure your proxy setting, more details: http://www.123flashchat.com/index.php?page=crossproxy


• Open your browser and check whether there are parameters init_host and init_port. If they exist, then go to start->run->cms, and enter telnet ip port in dos console. For example, your init_host=1.1.1.1, port=51128, that is telnet 1.1.1.1 51128. If there are no init_host and init_port, please enter default telnet IP 51127.
  If your test URL is http://www.testchat.com/, that is telnet www.testchat.com 51127 (note: please remove http).


• If we could not telnet through the port.
  Use command ps -ef|grep fcserver to check whether there is 123flashchat process.
  Check the Firewall settings, and open the port.
  Especially when chat server and web server are different servers, and you have copied the client folder from <123flashchat installed directory>/client to http://website/client, then you need to check whether the parameters init_host and init_port, are right or not.
