Q: When using my French or Spanish Keyboard, I found some "
Shift+" will display incorrectly in your chat message box. Why?
A: This mostly caused by the specail parameter in your html code. As I've known, the code below may cause the bug:
"wmode=transparent/opaque"
This is a annoying bug in Adobe Flash Player and mostly happened in Firefox. You can find the bug Report in

As we have known, this bug still cannot be fixed, so in order to use our chat smoothly, I suggest you don't use the parameter
"wmode=transparent/opaque" in your html code.
