Default When chat is down, how to start it?

Q: My chat is down, and I try to start it, but failed, what should I do?

A: This is the most important topic for users, so I'll give you the method in both Windows Server and Linux Server, be sure you can remote login to your server. Then according my way below:

1. Check if the chat process still activated, if so, stopped it.

For Windows Server: You need open "Service" in your server, then find our chat process in the list, if the chat is still activated, please stop it first.

For Linux Server: You can use the command "ps -ef | grep java", if you find the process of our chat, you need "kill process_ID" to stop the chat first.

PS: Sometimes, the chat is down, but the process of chat is still alive, you need stop it first.

2. Restart your chat

Now you can restart your chat now, the way is easy you will find in our instruction when you buy our chat.

Key Words: Chat is Down, Restart your chat, Chat process is alive
