How to avoid hackers?

A: My chat always met hackers, could you give me some suggestion?

A: Hack is really a big problem, our R&D staff are trying many way to avoid this trouble, now I can give you the most easy way below:

Our chat has been added a new function "anti-hackers" after v6.9.4, this function you can find in your admin panel.

Check your admin panel, find "System Settings——>Basic System Setting——>Downward compatibility", you need unclick this option, then the chat will avoid most of the hacker.

This function is for the user who use high version of chat server, but low version of chat client to login, if you unclicked it, the one who use version 6.9.x cannot login to the chat server 7.x, but this mostly avoid most of the hackers. So we suggest you unclick it.
