I have a problem til integrate 123flash chat with my social network.

Q:I have a problem til integrate 123flash chat with my social network. The social network script uses md5 encryption of the password and i use mySQL as a database.
I have filled out everything rigth, but i`m stuck with the password.
It find the username(nick) but i got all the time up "wrong password" when i try to login in the chat.
If i then try to copy the password from the user_password field in mySQL, and paste in the password in the password field in the chat it works. So for me it looks like the chat never try to decrypt the password.
And in the admin panel in the chat, i have tryed til type "true" in the md5 field.

I have also try the same with phpbb3 with the same error.



A:Please used log into you chat room admin panel -> System settings -> Integartion panel

-> Change Datebase: Mysql To URL

-> Edit it -> set it : http://<PHPBBX install directory>/phpbb_login_chat.php?username=%username%&password= %password%

-> Save


Why not use mysql mode?

Beacuse of PHPBB password encryption not just md5, that is a hash encryption you can see the phpbb source code.
So, mysql mode is just matching md5 encryption (not include salt and not other way of encryption)


Please use URL mode and have a try , if you have any problems please give me us, by the way give us your chat URL ,chat admin account, two tested accounts in your site,FTP account, we will check for you.
