Default Why I cannot install my chat just through FTP?

Q: I just bought your license, but I hold my chat on Data Center, without remote login access, why I cannot install your chat just with FTP?

A: Most web master may have the question. As most of them have experience of using CMS, such as "VBB, Joomla" and son on. The CMS just need FTP to install and use, but our chat cannot. I'll give you the explanation below:

For example, CMS is like a macket, you just need put the commodities in it, you will get a functional macket. While our chat like a car, you not only need assemble all the parts, but also need start the engine to make the car in use.

OK, now let us into the subject. If you use Windows, you may found the chat is "exe" file, I think that's much easier to understand, "exe" file need operate to install, so you need use "remote login desktop" to install it.

If you use Linux Server. You may unzip our file first, of course, you can upload the file through ftp to your server, but now if you need use it, you need start the "engine", which need use the command "./fcserver.sh start" under the path of "123flashchat/server/fcserver.sh". That's really need ssh account to use this command.

PS: The SSH account need enough permission to install the chat.
