Post Why it tells "connection failed " ?

Q: After installation of 123flashchat,I had uploaded the client side into my my web server,but when I tried to visit "http://<mydomain>/chat/",it loads and then told me "connection failed".

A: It happens mainly for the two reasons:
1.123flashchat has not been started properly,you may try in linux to find if the process exists by using "ps -ef|grep fcserver",in windows,you may try to use windows task manager accordingly.

2.if you still use our default settings,your firewall has blcoked port 51127.Please make usre 51127 is open in your server firewall.

Key Words: connection failed,firewall,start;
