Why my chat cannot loading?

Q: I just download your chat and install as your instruction. But when I want to display the chat, it's stuck and just "loading". Why?

A: This mostly caused by the firewall in your server. Please check as the method below:

Use the command:

1. "telnet your_server_IP 51127"

2. "telnet your_server_IP 35555"

These two port is needed for our chat. If not valid, please check your setting of firewall, without them, the chat cannot be used.

3. "telnet your_server_IP 1935", if you still need use video cam, be sure this one is valid, which is the port for Red5.

PS: Test the command in the PC outside your WLAN.
