My 123 flash chat 9.2 free version chat room canot see from outside

Hi,
I downloaded this server to try it, i instaled, server runs without problem, i checked from my pc i can login register and chat in my chat rooms, but others from outside canot reach my chat rooms. Please, can you halp me with that? i did tried to open ports on my sky router, im using win 8 developer version.
