Problem with install on phpbb

Hey everyone got a problem that needs sorting if anyone can help.

I have not long installed phpbb everything went fine after looking for a chat room to add i found 123flashchat which sounded really promising being able to integrate with my forums i currently have the demo version. Now for the problem.

I downloaded and installed 123flashchat everything went fine i chose "Chat server hosted by 123FlashChat free of charge" but as soon as i try and enter Chat Admin Panel it pops up with the following

General Error

Have i gone wrong somewhere or incorrectly installed it i folled the instructions from here How to add a chat room to your phpBB3.x

A little help would be great if anyone knows the problem thanks.
