Flash client modification / hosting

Dear sales support,
we are palnning to use your product and have it hosted by you. To seamlessly integrate the chat module with the rest of the website we will need to change the Flash client code. I understand that for the development we will need to buy a Golden Package license - is this correct?

My second question is regarding our client - we want our client to have a direct hosting contract with you - how can this be done so they can have the license buyer deal?
