custorm time for A/V usage

Does the latest version keep track of how much A/V time each user have used? Or prehaps there is a way to monitor this by using an external script that will check the logs in real-time and make its own external DB?

Also is it possible to change the status of a user from normal to guest, while he is using the chat, so the A/V will end (ex. if guest users do not have access to A/V by default).

Reason I am asking is that we are looking for way to set the amount of A/V time on each individual user account. When they have used their time, then A/V stops for their account.
