123 Flash-Chat Upgrad

Hi,
I have some questions about your 123Chat.
If I buy a 100 concurent user license and see later, that I need more concurent users, like 250, how much have I to pay, can I longlife upgrade my license (only for user count, not the software version) and how you deliver the upgrade? Is it only a new license key to insert or have I to re-installing the whole chat server / clients (so have I to do anything else instead of buying the license)

If I host the chat server by you, get the user the client by my side or will the user get it from your server (so how can I change skins and upload it to your server)

You write on the page:
Free Support& Upgrade Service: This is only available for standard release

Does it means, that the golden package is excluded or does it only means, that you doesn´t support any works, which was payed extra (like custom skin etc.)

just pay the difference if you upgrade license with more concurrent users.for example,,100 users license fee is $299 and 250 users license is $499,so the upgrade fee will be $499-$299.you can upgrade your license of user count any time as you wish.after you pay us,you can submit a request ticket to ask upgrade,we'll send you upgrade package after we recieve your payment.you don't need to reinstall chat server,just need to reinstall license package after you get the upgrade package

if you host chat server by us,you can choose to host chat client by yourself or by us.we will send you client configuration if you need host chat by yourself after you request

the golden package means including standard license and flash source code,so that our free support&upgrade service are also available to golden license users,since the extra work is based on standard license,we normally provide support service to them as well

This software is very good. It is Java server& flash client Real-time chat!
