One-time hosted chat??

I have a need for a one-time event... I want to host a chat with a private room and need full moderator controls. It would be good if it could link to my vBulletin member list. The problem is that I won't need to do this again and therefore 123Flash is too expensive for this one-time use.

Is there a way that TopCMM can create a room and let our group use it for this one-time event for a reasonable fee? If not, is there a service someone could recommend to do this? I really want moderator controls so I can approve questions before they go to the group.
