Looking for a Joomla Chat Module

Hello,

I am looking for a chat module that provides me (or my representative) to chat with online visitors. I am looking for simple english chat options.

MUST HAVE FEATURES:

User need not register to start the chat. Any one visiting home page can click on the chat and can start chat by putting minimal information (name, email)...and our representative (or representatives ) can talk to the user from back end

Multiple users should be able to use the chat window at same time and our representative should be able to talk to each one of them separately. These users should not see each other but only our representatives.

Admin can store all the chats ...and representative should not be able to delete it
