A few pre-sale questions

I have a few presale questions that I hope you can help me with.

1. If I was to purchase a chat room server license (for, lets say 100 users) and I also want to purchase a server license for the messenger, do I need to install to separate instances of the chat server? Or do they someone integrate with one another? And, of course, are there any discounts for multiple licenses (i.e., chat room + messenger)?

2. Do you offer any discounts for educational institutions (in this case, a k-12 public school district)?

flash chat and web messenger shall work separately.

That is nice, then you just need a license to activate them into a full version, instead of installing them again.

So let's take 100 users license for example,
123flashchat, 199*80%=$159
123webmessenger, 299*80%=$239
total: $398
