If you look at the history of my posts, many of these things I have also suggested since becoming a customer. What a waste of time it's been, nothing changes, nothing gets done efficiently, old information everywhere, spam spam spam filled forums and heavy limits which prevent customers from posting.
The list of issues is long and still shows no signs of change.
