Default loading skin issues

Hi, I recently upgraded to version 5.1 and everything seems to be fine. Except I'm getting a large number of complaints from my members stating that they are unable to enter the chatroom because it gets stuck loading the skin.

I instructed them to clear their cache and refresh the chat but they said that it still doesn't work.

I changed the location of the chat, I changed the name of the skin folder and I change the name of the .swf so that those who might have had the old version cached would not have a problem but it still did not make a difference, they are still having the same problem.

Any idea why users would have problems loading the skin while many others don't?

Any help with this issue? Am I the only one experiencing this skin issue?

Dear kevin,
sorry for the trouble,
the version upgrade involves SWF files changes, details:

From earlier version to 4.6, chat lobby becomes resizable.
* "bkground.swf" was cut into "bkground.swf"+"scrollpane_bg.swf"+"blue_bar.s wf",
* "chatinputbk.swf" was cut into "chatinputbk.swf"+ "inputGBClipTF.swf".

From 4.6 to 5.0, private chat window becomes resizable and a/v module is prepared in skin folder.
* "private.swf" was cut into "private_bkg.swf"+"private.swf",
* "video_bk.swf","video_on.swf" and "video_out.swf" were added.

From 5.0 to 5.1_2,
"option.swf" is adjusted a little bit, and three background SWFs are added to each skin:
bkground28.swf, bkground29.swf and bkground30.swf.

and don't forget to edit 5.1_2 relative skin's "skin.xml", "color.xml" according to your old setting.

So there may be no such SWFs mentioned above in your users' cache, please ask them to confirm.
