Hi,
We have installed the Flash Chat server on our machine and have got it working from within our intranet (10.2.*). However, we cant get users from outside our subnet to connect - it throws a connection error (the flash client loads, but throws an error - cannot connect). I have fcserver.xml connection settings: <cross-domain-policy> <allow-access-from domain="*"></allow-access-from> </cross-domain-policy> yet it still doesnt work, I've restarted the server, rebooted, etc., still cant connect. We want to use this chat server for 3 of our clients (we will be buying 3 licenses) but we will not purchase the license until we can guarantee that the chat client will work 100%. Please let me know how I can get this to work. Thanks, -Will |

Thank you for inquiry.
the "can't connect " error is probably cause by firewall of your intranet. please open the outgoing port 51127 (default) of your intranet or any other port you've configured to. |
