No there was not detailed instructions, you guys really need to get your act together. I spent 4 days looking through the forums here and the files on my server trying to find it before I got it working. I've also submitted 4 tickets which were never answered.
You call this detailed instructions?!

Sometimes particularly long links are divided across two lines in an e-mail
program - this means that clicking on the link will not always allow the
user to navigate to the correct Website. To ensure that the download page
can be accessed correctly, please highlight the entire link with your
mouse, right click, and then select "Copy".
Instead of using your mouse, you can also copy the link by pressing "CTRL"
+ "C", and then paste the link by pressing "CTRL" + "V" (Windows) and
"Command" + "c" and "Command" + "v" for Macintosh.
Make sure that the link does not contain any line breaks. Then paste the
entire link into the address bar of your Web browser and press enter.
The URL is valid until 12-FEB-2006.

Go ahead and tell me there are "detailed instructions in the manual", I'll blow that one out of the water too.
If I had known I wouldn't get support for 7 days after I bought the product, I probably would have taken my money elsewhere - but that's probably the point, right? Jerks.
For future customers -BUYER BEWARE. Support here is horrible.
And if you're looking for help on the the videochat - the jar file goes in /home/usr/123flashchat/server/lib. You place the rtmp string for your flashcom server somewhere near the bottom of /home/usr/123flashchat/server/etc/groups/default.xml.
And if you're wondering why the code to connect to your flashcom would go in /groups, the whole system is set up like that, none of it makes sense. God forbid you buy the source andwant to reskin your flashchat, you basically have to start from scratch - they only give you the size of the files, not editable source.
