Dear Wolfy,
we understand your concern and you wanna full control over your hosted chat, but please be reasonable to see the point that we can only allow you to manage the client end on your server, not the server end on our server. Cause that's how the hosting system works, as always. For the server changes, please contact our 24*7 online supporter in http://www.123flashchat.com/demo.html they will be happy to assist you to do the changes as long as you tell them your host address, and all our supporters are capable of doing so. Don't forget to offer your identity proof so that our supporters will be confirmed you're the real owner of the hosted chat. If this solution can't satisfy you, then I'm afraid we can only refund you hosting fee, your original $10 covers from 2006-03-10 to 2006-04-10, as half month passed already and you've enjoyed half month hosting service, I can only refund you $5. Let me know your decision. |

you obviously don't understand my concern.
I don't care about the $10 for hosting. I paid almost $1000 for a service that I cannot use because you refuse to explain how to set it up. I want to run my flashchat on another server. Your site claims it is possible, now tell me how to do it. I am tired or these games. |

1) first of all,
123flashchat is electronic product, you can't return it back to us because you've received it. From the day you ordered our product, we offer you good service as we can, now you just ignore all this and wanna refund, do you think it's reasonable? The point is, we've made it very clear in our license agreement that "no refund is promised to customers". And by installing 123flashchat free demo version and/or full version, it's indicated that you've agreed to the agreement because you've click the button "agree the agreement" in the installing process. ------------------------------------ 7. Refund Policy Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management, before ordering make sure you have our FAQ carefully and consult with our live supporters about the system requirements. If there's any problem in using 123FLASHCHAT, we'd love to offer our technical solution to help you out, but you will not be guaranteed to a refund of any portion of the license fee. ----------------------------------- But we can continue to refine our service to make you satisfied, is that alright? 2) >I paid almost $1000 for something that I cannot use! If you being reasonable, you'd see it's not a product you "cannot use", just not in "your way" for the time being. 3) If you insist to install the software on your own server, that's fine too, please be sure to install jdk on your own server at first, it must be a version newer than jdk1.4. jdk1.5 is recommended to be download here: http://www.freebsd.org/java/dists/15.html |

ok, you state that I have "enjoyed" hosting with you for a half month.
I have not been able to host with you, because I am not able to edit my files on your server. For that reason I have not even used your service, check the bandwidth. I am using 2 gigs a night on my chat server, it has nothing to do with your chat because I can't use it. You also state that I have recieved my product, I just can't use it in the way that I want. Are you serious? I paid for the source and I cannot edit it because I cannot get access to my server because you don't give ftp access - yet another fact you leave out when selling this product! Listen, this is ridiculous. I have asked you repeatedly how to configure it to work on another server than yours, and you refuse to tell me. Why? You state freebsd is not secure, so the flashchat should be hosted on a linux or windows server, tell me how to do it! Please! Don't tell me to install it on my freebsd server when it is not stable! Man, I am so frustrated with your company I am almost ready to just accept the fact that you ROBBED me of my money and just walk away. But not quite. ![]() |
