I have download the demo version and setup on a windows box with apache server, followed the install instructions and can enter the "test" room all ok from the server machine.
My problem is if I try and enter a chat room, the template loads and I get a message saying "connecting to server" for a while then it changes to unable to connect, see network admin etc... This happens on any computer (LAN or WAN) I have read through the setup manual, faq and these forums! There must be something I have missed or need to change? (I have opened TCP ports 51127 and 51128 to my client/server machines) Is there any tests I can do to try and narrow it down? (I am sure it is something/settings on the server, not client?) - Or any other sugestions? I looking forward to using your product ![]() Thanks in advance... AJ |

please make sure your server firewall allow the tcp port 51127 ?
you may try to run the command in your lan computer: telnet <your_server_ip> 51127 if you still don't know how to install in your server, we can provide the free installation service, just contact support@123flashchat.com ![]() |
