Joy i have sent numerous emails regarding getting a detailed bill ( reciept )for my records of what i paid for the chat software and the hosting. I paid for all this and never received a reciept. I need a detailed bill showing me what i have paid for the chat software and the hosting and how long my hosting is good for. I understand you are busy joy and i totally understand. The thing is ive been asking for this for almost 2 months now and i just would really appreciate a reciept.
