Some members are getting that image when running the chat. We have tried to increase the cache for Flash, but still didn't change anything.

This is critical that it get's fixed, as it makes people have to reboot their machines!.

please check your client.xml file is correct or not, you may open the client.xml in IE with the url like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/client.xml , if there's any error, please fix this file.
