Default Timezone-Settings get's ignored

Hi,

since upgrading to 5.1 (0111) we're experiencing problems with setting the correct timezone. Regardles of the fcserver.xml the server seems to start with GMT+1 (and correts the config-file in that way automatically). We're unable to start the server with GMT+2

$ cat etc/fcserver.xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<FCServer>
<Global>
[...omitted...]
<!-- time-zone
Set your local time zone. between -12 to 12.
For example, -5: GMT-5 , 8: GMT+8
Default is 0: GMT
-->
<time-zone>2</time-zone>
</Global>
</FCServer>

$ ./fcserver.sh start
Starting server ......

Hi,

I think this prob is now fixed in new version 6.0, both time stamp in chat screen and the chat log recording should display the right time value according to the setting in default.xml .please check.
