Intergatring Chat into Vbulletin

I am finding it very difficult to figure out what is going wrong here.

I have Vbulletin going and chat link up but every time I go to start the chat I get this error message.

userinfo[userid] > 0) { ?>

In the chat window, it looks as if I haven't logged in successfully.

The readme file is the most confussing I have ever seen and disagrees with itself. There not many step so why is it so had to follow.

I would appreciate seeing someone elses vbb file, client file and default file.

Help I am starting to get desperate, pitty the product looks very good.

Well what can I say, no help, no way to get it to work so I installed Flashchat, only $5 and it installed perfectly first time an intergrated first time.

Thats what you need from a software package especially one the cost so much, pitty you couldn't provide.
