Default Anybody hosting with 123flashchat and running vBulletin - help

I'm trying to figure out what this means in the zip file I was sent :

# Before starting the Mod installation,
# please make sure you have copied
# 2 files:123flashchat.swf,client.xml
# and 3 directories : help,lang and skin to the relevant destination
# as we mentioned in the readme.txt.
# if not,please refer the readme.txt
#

None of those files are in the zipfile and there is no readme.txt. Keep in mind I'm using the file they said to use with them hosting - in other words, the chat is not on my server. Any ideas? I've been trying to get this to run for a week or so now.

Right now if I follow the instructions (except for the part above) I get nothing to load when I click the "Chat" link after integrating to my vBulletin 3.5.4 board. A window pops up with the space for the chat applet that just keeps churning, but never loads. When I go to 123flashchat.php and change :

$chat_client_root_path = "";

to

$chat_client_root_path = "http://host50.123flashchat.com/myboard/";

the chat loads, but says "Wrong password".

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here... if it's me at all.

Thanks.

Also the install_mod.txt says

#
#-----[ OPEN ]------------------------------------------
#
sources/config_chat.php

What exactly is the "sources" directory? Do you mean the "includes" directory?
