Blank chat screen

Are there any people having a problem with the chat sometimes not fully loading all the files, and having the main chat screen blank and not loaded?

I have a number of users, whom have this problem, and want to know if we can see how many people are having this problem. If there are a lot, hopefully it will escalate the problem with the engineers.

Im getting the same issue, it seems to be with firefox users, i have integrated it with PHPbb and the website. I am being told the website doesn't load www.garygoodridge.com and the forum seems ok forum.garygoodridge.com

let me know how i can fix this

I have visited the http://www.garygoodridge.com/CHAT.html by using IE and firefox , it seems both of them works fine currently ,could you tell me what is the error message appears on the screen?
