Group Name error

When I access chat, I'm getting a message from flashchat that says "Group Name Error, Connection Failed!" It seems to have just started. I'm unsure if it's something I did (although I don't know what it could be) or if the issue may be on your end (you're hosting the chat for me). Any ideas?

That message shows that your hosted chat has been overdue and need you pay to extend your hosting. Usually we'll send out notification letters to remind you to pay to extend, please double check the email box, thanks.

Oops! No, I didn't get the email - I even looked in the spam folders to see if it went in there. I still don't see it. How can I extend the hosting?

Do I just go here : http://www.123flashchat.com/hostplan-50.html and just use the "Payment Period" field and leave everything else as "I don't need..." or blank?

Ok, nevermind. Grace helped me in the support chat. I sent the payment via paypal!
