one user can't connect to the server, why?

perhaps he's behind a firewall, but I don't know for sure. He could access my other chat just fine, but this one won't connect for him. He gets the error:

Connection failed! Maybe your network can't access the server, or the server is under maintenance. Please try again later!

He is the only one who gets this error, please help me help him!

I have a few users who cannot turn their webcams on.

One user gets this:



When she clicks the "Send Audio/Video" nothing happens.

But when we go to my other video chat, her cam works fine.

Besides the firewall prob,please check if these users had used a proxy server to connect, that would also cause the "connect fail" prob.

He is on a network, so I think he may be behind some kind of proxy.

Please help me to resolve this issue, I want to get him and others on his network on to the chat!

If the prob caused by firewall ,you may open a different port for users to login [which allowed in firewall like port 80],if its about the proxy, since presently the chatroom still need direct connection between server and user ,the chat users can not login chat though it.but our engineer have already got a plan to improve this function and will make it available in our furture version.

I would be willing to help test this if it would help at alll, it is very important to me that everyone be able to join the chat.

Otherwise, how long untill the new version that allows proxy connection is released?
