Weird gibbberish problem in chat talk

I managed to install everything perfectly.

The weird thing is that whenever someone talk in the chat there is a long line of gibberish instead of the words.

I have a screenshot of it here.

I've asked support@123flashchat.com

but from the response this must be some new error. I was wondering if anyone has seen it before? and how I might fix this.

It is probably a very simple thing..

Well thanks to parker!

Got the problem solved.

As I thought it was a simple mistake by my part. I didn't want to censor anything so I removed the bad words from the list and it caused that error.

Here's the instructions given to me.

Please open the default.xml :
Find :

<FilterWords replace="***">
<filter></filter>
<filter></filter>
</FilterWords>

And remove :

<filter></filter>
<filter></filter>

works magic!
