Firewall issues???

Ok so i'm demoing this, however my users that are not behind a company firewall can access it fine, and then some behind firewalls cannot access it.

however i'm running this on port 80! bound to a different ip address so there is no conflict but still users cannot access it through a firewall. Is there some magical setup or is it just the fact that the firewalls "know" better?

if using the port 80 for chat server , it should solved the firewall problem since most of firewall setting are configged to allow the port 80, I think the current problem may caused by the proxy server or the setting problem, please check if these users behind a proxy or you had restarted the chat server after configging the " fcserver.xml "and "client.xml".
