users creating rooms / changing passwords

I'm considering buying your product (unlimited version) but there are some features missing which I would need...
For example:
1. users should be able to create rooms, possibly with passwords
2. the user who created certain room should be able to change properties (including password) for that room.
3. it would be extremely nice if each user could have it's own avatar (from my existing db)

Now, I'm guessing all I mentioned should be possible by adapting flash client and maybe a few server-side scripts but since I don't have the source for the client... :-)

Maybe it would be possible to see communication protocol specs without buying client source since my budget is a bit stretched?

What I wanted to know is how complicated it would be for ME to add those features myself. And, as I mentioned in my original post, I can not afford to pay someone (you) to customize the client - I'll have to do it myself.
So, before buying anything, I would like to decide if making required modifications would even be possible and taking a peek in comm protocol would, in my opinion, make that decision easier / possible.
