Hi, anybody behind a firewall, proxy, or even on a network is having a hard time loading the client.

Before I upgrade to 500 user license, I would like this fixed. Is it likely or should I use another chat program? At the moment only 60% of my members can logon to the chat.

I am glad to tell you that we will release a new version with proxy support features recently and you can see it very soon . Also besides the Proxy problem, please check if your users has a firewall or net connection problem ,that sometimes will cause the some error.
