I have upgraded to 6.3. Some users are still getting this error:

I hope not. It would be nice to get a newsletter to let me know when something is released... I signed up for the newsletter on the main page, but I only heard about hosting issues. Not other paid chat issues, like the semi-upgrade.

I spent almost $1000 with you people, and I never even know what to think. Almost a year later, I still only have half of my users able to connect.

This is very bad, by the way.
