How do i restart chat server

I have 123flashchat on my own dedicated server but am unsure how to restart the chat server. Do i do this in SSH?

if you could give me a walk through of the steps please as no one can login my chat at the moment until it is restarted.

it seems your server os is unix/linux, you may restart the chat server in this way:

ssh to your server first:

cd <123flashchat server installed dir>
./fcserver.sh restart
