Question about ignoring private messages

I have a question about the feature that allows a user to ignore private messages. Is there a setting that will actually sent a response back to the person sending a private message that this user is not accepting private messages? Otherwise it looks as if the one person is just choosing not to respond.

not an available feature in current chat version,but I think it's a good suggestion.

Well you may add some explaination in your users instructions, like:
"Your private message get no response because the this user disabled private chat function or because he choose not to respond."
