Default Upgrade to 6.4 for Hosting Customer

Hi,

Our chat system is hosted by 123FlashChat. This morning, they were upgrading our system to 6.4. After the upgrade, our users can no longer see a message they type in the room. Does anyone know of a work-around? I tried recreating the room but have the same problem.

They are not answering their customer support lines.

Hi Radioughly,

We are one of customers in which they host our chat rooms. Our chat rooms are located at: http://www.realmentalhealth.com/chat/default.asp

I¡¯ve tried just about everything including:

1) recreating the chat rooms

- the message are displayed for the first user only, then it stops working.

2) creating a new user

One of my moderators called them at Feb 14, 2007 3am Eastern Time -5 GMT this morning when the problem first occurred. He said they rebooted the server and it worked for a short period of time.

I have been trying to contact their customer support for the past 10 hours and have not had any luck.

One of the reason we initially selected 123FlashChat was because of their 24/7 support. The technical support today has been awful, especially during a time of crisis. In my opinion, the worst thing a company can do is not talk to their customers during times like this. I need to hear from them in the next 12 hours or I will start the process of implementing a new service.

Please keep me posted if you hear anything.

Sorry for the chat problem!
The problem that the lobby chat becomes ineffective is caused by v6.4 upgrade.

Right now our engineer is working on fixing it urgently and the hosted chatroom should already be back to work now .

Thank you. The problem is fixed. Our users have noticed that the system response appears slow and there have been some time outs.

Also, will someone be available 24/7 if there are problems after your business hours?

we have tech supporter online from 9 AM to 6 PM , you can find us during that time. Out of that time, also you can report the problem to our online sales and it would be forwarded to our support team or sending a mail to support@123flashchat.com . it will be taken care of within 24 ~ 48 hours.
