Default vbulletin integration, Linux server

I followed the directions, downloaded the server, modified the default.xml, downloaded the vb files, modified client.xml, config files, etc ...

Can login as the administrator set in default.xml but no one else can log into the chat. The error says "user name does not exist."

The URL is set as well as the <auth setting ...

Any ideas?

Spent a long time in live chat with support and they could not get it to work either.

Tried using login_chat.php instead of vbb.php and ran into the exact same problem.

Please check the setting in default.xml:

Find :
<integrated-other-database>None</integrated-other-database>

Change it tobe :
<integrated-other-database>URL</integrated-other-database>

Restart the chatroom server and have a try again

Parker,

Thank you for the reply but I have done that about 25 times, with your live support people, too. In fact, I even sent the default.xml so that the support could see it was correct. All is correct.

This is vbulletin 3.6.7PL and the integration just doesn't work. The message says the username does not exist.

As posted, the live support person suggested using login_chat and that came up with the same error (number 4)

Besides default.xml, all other settings were checked many times. And the server was restarted many times. In fact, I even uninstalled it and reinstalled many times.
