Default Is Flashchat team dead?

I am using 123 Flashchat services for a long time. I like the software and I liked the services. But now looks like 123 Flashchat team is dead.

First of all on December 11, 2007 I received the following email:

# Image Transfer Module

I sent answer telling that I want Image Transfer Module. My email has been saved as a support ticket with priority "low". I didn't get any answer to this ticket. On January 30 I added a comment to this ticket asking how long time I have to wait for promissed New year Gift. Today is February 24. 2 months are over, my ticket is still open and as I see, noone is going to answer this ticket.

I have 2 hosted chats @topcmm. Yesterday one of the hosted chats stopped to work and shows the following message:

The chatroom was stopped because it expired. Please contact your webmaster to pay and renew the chat hosting.
I pay for hosting of both chats with the same credit card and payments are done automatically. I didn't get any messages about failed transactions or something like this. When I log in to Host management Panel, I see that I have 2 unpaid invoices and link "Checkout at Shareit". When I click on this link, I get this message:

You do not have any items in your cart.
I opened a new ticket asking what's going on. I received an email which looks like an automatically generated message and tells that my ticked has been received and it will be reviewed. When???????????????? Noone is answering my support ticket. At the same time I am getting support requests from my website users with the same question - why you don't want to pay for chat? I feel really confused and I am getting really angry.

Sorry,but could you please provide your e-mail or your host name ?I will find out what is going on.
We have a long Chiense Traditional Spring Festival,and sorry for the delay of response!
Could you please provide the ID of your former ticket?
A suggestion: could you please send the urgent ticket to support@topcmm.com ,it will get our actions with priority.
