Hi all
Well, it has been about 24 hours since I handed over hundreds of bucks by Paypal and received confirmation that my payment had successfully cleared, but so far I've had absolutely no contact from TopCMM. Can anybody please tell me when my license will be issued? I'm on a critical deadline here, I need to be working on my site and yet I cannot do so because I don't have my license (and because posts here go unanswered for days). Is there someone I should email to expedite the process? --- Michael |

Over 15 hours have passed since I created the ticket as requested, but nobody has responded so far. Since I created the ticket, I've also seen another ticket appear noting that my payment has been received by TopCMM.
Seeing that I now paid over 44 hours ago, could I please get *any* update as to what's happening? |

I'm really starting to get rather upset now. I paid for a product that I have so far not received. As I paid, I was told that it would be "24 - 48 hours" to receive whatever is required to turn my software from the demo to the full version. It has now been more than 48 hours, and even though Landy has been aware that I'm seeking support for the last 27 hours, nobody has even looked at my ticket and given me the courtesy of a reply yet.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PURCHASE? CAN I PLEASE HAVE AN UPDATE? |

It is now 11:35am on Monday in Shanghai, and it's not a holiday of any kind, so somebody should have been in the office for at least several hours by now.
I've been waiting for 52 hours for my license to be issued now. It is 11:38pm my time, and I'm going to bed once again without having managed to get ANY work done today. That makes me very unhappy, because I now only have 48 hours left until I will miss my own deadlines to my client. Please, please, PLEASE can somebody issue my license at the first possible moment? If it is not issued when I wake up, I'm going to have to start making international phone calls. I'd really prefer not to have to waste my money on that. |

Incidentally, if anybody reads this at TopCMM and feels like helping, my ticket number is IGB-794553, and I also see a ticket MGO-761815 titled "Notification of payment received". Charmingly, both of these are set to "low" priority, even though I've been begging for days to get this sorted.
