How sanctions work?

I'm discovering 123flashchat.

I don't find anything on the user manual about all the existing fonctionnalities:
- When a user is "ejected" by a moderator, how long does the sanction is memorized?
- Same for "ban"

So long as he/she is in the list. You have to unban them.
As I understand this will be different in the new version. Now you can ban/kick user for a sert. time.
