Default Staff at 123flashchat? Topcmm??

Hi there,

I really like the 123flashchat product, but the response time for EVERY single support ticket or even forum questions is too slow. A lot of the time staff don't understand the question or the request (English isn't the first language i presume) - and when you have made large purchases (as i have done) you expect some kind of priority service, and staff that understand the request without having to repeat yourself over and over again.

Is there no way that Topcmm could hire some staff from the US or from England or somewhere else who speak English better and can deal with requests from customers from those countries? I have paid over $2000 to 123flashchat, and haven't recieved satisfactory customer service :-[]

As i said, i REALLY like the product, and i want to see it go far! But how can anyone be expected to put up with such poor responses?

I'm not agree with you. I have used 123flashchat for 3 years and have only good things to say about the service here. Answer within 24 houers almost every time I sent them an email.

Well, it usually takes several days and several emails before somebody will attempt to answer my emails. I even had to phone them the other day from the UK! that's an expensive phone call.. and even then, i did not recieve an answer for a few days.

Do you know my support request at the moment?

To receive updatd license files for the new version of flashchat.

Has anybody answered me in the last 4 days? NO!

I'm a fully paid member. That's not acceptable.

Can somebody at 123flashchat confirm that they recieved my $100 payment? It is for custom installation of vbulletin on our flashchat server (we have unlimited license)

Here is the receipt to prove we have paid it, and are now waiting for the work to be done:
