Default Installation with Apache

I've been trying to install using the directions given in the documentation. However, there seems to be a knowledge gap if you're not using the built-in web server.

I've got everything installed/configured as directed, however I cannot get clients to connect. My Apache logs say the clients are looking for (and not finding) client.xml. The documentation says not to install the server folder, which is where client.xml resides, in a web accessible folder. I've tried giving Apache permission on the server directory.

So my question is, what needs to be installed in the 'web' directory and what doesn't?

Default Re: Installation with Apache

The only thing that needs to be installed with apache htdocs folder is the client folder and that's it....

so where ever you apache htdocs folder is at just put the 123flash client folder in it and make sure your windows firewall is turned off or if you are linux make sure your firewalls are off till you figure out what port you need to have on with your firewall..
