New window link: Joomla integration Module

I need the link in Joomla Integration module to go to a pop up or a new window.
It says click here to start, which takes user to the chat room specified in the module.
The code I found in mod-chat.php is this

$content .= "Click <a href='http://www.123flashchat.com/'  onClick='joomlaSubmit();return false;'  onmouseover='window.status=\"Chat\";return true'>here</a> to start chat.";

The free joomla chat module dosen't support the type of pop-up.
If you are a host customer, Please contact the support to get one.
