problems with languages input

I installed the Demo version of your product. I tried to write Russian and Hebrew together. I could only write in Hebrew and English but Russian was not possible (it wrote some symbols instead).
Our organization is multilingual. We need a chat system which supports Unicode. This is very important to us.

We've changed the client tester and daniel has installed Russian on his computer.
But since we don't know how to input Russian, we just copy from internet and paste into 123 flash chat.
It display well and on other client of other computer, it can be read correctly.
