Initial Setup - "Group Name Error-Connection Failed"

Need help here - Getting this message after initial setup and integration to vBulletin forum.

Is this because we had originally set our dynamic web address to /chat.php and had to change that to /123flashchat.php ?

And how do we go about fixing this so we can utilize the chat we've purchased?
