Information before i purchase

My name is Mr. Fail and I am currently in the final stages of setting up my online business. I have developed a profile/ dating website of which I am looking for a chat room/ chat software that I can integrate into my existing website. I have been looking at your software and I do feel that I would be interested in purchasing your application.

I have a few questions that I would like to speak to someone about in relation to some features that may or may not be possible to add/ update.

If this product is for fill the requirements that I need them I would like to think there will be a long time relationship with out companies as I will require this product over a number of years.

I wrote the full informationa and sent it via email but i always had it returned saying you had a dns error and so im slightly concerned about any future support i may need and not recieve.

Any how, as the chat room will be used with the current website i would like to know the following:

Can the chat room be designed with/without the following features:

Can i remove the register button and login button and have automatic login using a PHP script from my current website?

If the above is not possible can i link the login to my MYSQL database so that i can check the users from within that rather than any stand alone db. ??

Can i have any form of box displaying a profile name or link to profile, when a user clicks on other users in the chat room??

Can i add my own avartar images that are preloaded to suit a user when they enter the chat room, so that they dont have a choice to change this image, as they have bee assigned the image from the begining.

I am very pleased with the current verson but do require some of the above. If this is do'able then i would purchase your software and would like to think i can enjoy a happy customer relation with your company.

Yes, you can link the login to your MYSQL database so that you can check the users from within your system
rather than any stand alone db. If you'd rather leave the integration work to us, feel free to tell me.

here's my phpbb forum discussing about US TV:

now, when user register in chat room, he will be directed to phpbb register page.
and all my 12792 members can log in chat room with their existing accounts and passwords in forum.

Yes, we've just release a new version 1.2 with the feature of clicking to check user profile.
you can configure it in client.xml. it's like:

By activating a user from user list at the right side, his or her name will display at the top bar.
