Clicking message Public Log results in 404

Hi,

while inside a chat room looking at Message History window; clicking on Public Log button results in 404 page http://www.website.com/client/message/1/public.html

Checking /client/message/ folder shows no subfolders or htmls created

What setting would I need to adjust/fix
